Senior Women’s Mastermind Group has eight members and is a subset of The Commonwealth Institute CEO Group in Boston, Massachusetts.  Through membership, educational seminars, topic-specific programming and signature events, The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) has gained the reputation of being a leading women's organization in Massachusetts helping over 1000 women grow their business. 

The group provides members the opportunity to work through major business issues. The women’s forum covers topics that affect women business owners.
